VBL asks a 48-hour notice for cancellations. Anything within 48 hours will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your estimated service cost. No exceptions. Reminders of your appointment and a confirmation are sent via text and email, you have the option to cancel online, call the salon, or text/dm your stylist. VBL requires all appointments to be held with a card on file. Any charges due to cancellations or no shows are not to be considered deposits towards future appointments. If you tend to repeat cancellations or no show, the stylists hold the right to refuse or require deposit for future appointments. We understand emergencies and life happens, but we ask that you give your stylist consideration and courtesy for their time and skill. VBL has a no call, no show… NO TOLERANCE policy. If you do not show to your appointment, the card on file will be charged 100% of your estimated service cost.
